SHIPPING POLICY

Because we ship our premium curated collections internationally, please review our shipping guidelines and estimates below.

1. 100% DISCREET PACKAGING
Your privacy is our utmost priority. All orders from Nikita Studios—whether they contain card games or intimate personal wellness items—are shipped in completely plain, discreet packaging (standard brown boxes or padded mailers). 
* There is no mention of "Nikita Studios", adult products, or games anywhere on the outside of the package.
* The return label will only list a generic name ("NS Shipping Dept" or "Natalia K.") and our registered corporate address to ensure absolute confidentiality.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

3. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ESTIMATES
We offer worldwide shipping, with a primary focus on the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union countries. Exact shipping rates and dynamic delivery options will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:
* United States & Canada: 7 - 14 business days
* United Kingdom & European Union: 5 - 12 business days
* Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates only and are not absolute guarantees. Shipping times may fluctuate based on local carrier volumes and external logistics factors.

4. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nikita.studio.official@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Nikita Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT dynamic borders, etc.). If a package is returned to us because a customer refuses to pay local customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any eligible refunds.

6. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, which means there is a very small window to change an address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
